Email, WhatsApp, SMS and Messenger. All on one list.

An AI assistant drafts the replies, and you decide what goes out. Nothing gets lost between channels.

Samlavik - in Swedish, “samla” means to gather and “vik” means a bay. A place where everything that matters flows in.

One list for every channel your customers use to reach you

@E-mail WhatsApp Messenger SMSSMS and MMS
The problem

How many times a day do you check five places so nothing slips through?

A customer messaged you on WhatsApp. Your accountant emailed your second inbox. A supplier replied by text, and someone from Facebook is asking for a quote on Messenger. Every one of these messages matters. Each one sits somewhere else.

Messages scattered across channels cost a business more than it seems: lost orders, late replies and issues that stalled because nobody remembered someone was waiting.

The worst messages aren't the ones you answer. The worst are the ones you forgot about.
  • a reply that was meant to go out “in a minute” and went out three days later,
  • a question sent to a business partner that nobody answered and nobody noticed,
  • a message that arrived on the one channel you didn't happen to check.
How it works

One list instead of five apps

You keep your inboxes and phone numbers. Samlavik connects to the tools you already use.

1

Connect your channels

Add your email inboxes in the settings. WhatsApp, SMS and Messenger come in through an app on an Android phone - you connect it once, with a cable.

2

Everything lands in one list

Each message shows where it came from, who sent it and whether someone is already on it.

3

The assistant drafts replies

Read, edit or approve with one click. You can also type an instruction: “reply that the date works and send the quote.”

4

Nothing gets lost

When you're waiting for someone to reply, the conversation goes on the “Awaiting reply” list. It drops off by itself once they answer in the thread.

AI assistant under your control

The assistant writes. Your hand stays on the brake.

Not everyone wants AI sending messages on their behalf. That's why you set the rules and the system enforces them.

  • Drafts by default. For most contacts, the assistant prepares a reply and waits for your approval.
  • Trusted contacts get instant replies. For selected people, such as a business partner or a regular collaborator, it can reply on its own.
  • STOP button. One click pauses all automatic sending.
  • No duplicates. The system makes sure the same message never goes out twice.
  • Full audit trail. Every message sent is logged: who, when and to whom.

What's inside

A cockpit for your business, not just an inbox

You switch modules on for each person separately. Every employee sees what they need for their work - and nothing more.

Dashboard

One screen to start the day: new messages, items waiting for your decision, deadlines.

Messages

Email, WhatsApp, SMS and Messenger in one list, with statuses and notes.

Projects and documents

Conversations linked to specific projects. Team documents in one place.

Team communication

Messages between team members and their assistants, kept apart from customer email.

Backups and domains

Backup status for websites and servers, a domain expiry calendar and a reminder before something stops working.

Users and permissions

Give each person only the modules they need. Every change is recorded in the log.

Who it's for

For businesses where the owner is also the switchboard

Samlavik was built at idea4me for our own use. First we had to stop losing messages scattered across five channels and several computers. We relied on it every day long before we showed it to anyone.

You run a services, trading or transport business, and customers reach you wherever suits them.
You have a small team, but most things still go through you.
You want to use AI without handing it control over what leaves your company.
Onboarding

We don't leave you with a manual. We set it up with you

1

Discovery call

We look at which channels you use and who on your team needs what.

2

Setup

Inboxes, phone, users. We do it together.

3

Draft mode

For the first few weeks, the assistant only suggests. It learns your style.

4

More freedom

When you feel it's time, you switch on automatic replies for selected people.

FAQ

Before you book a demo

Does the assistant send messages on its own?

Only where you allow it to. By default, it prepares a draft and waits for your decision.

Do I need to change my email inbox or phone number?

No. Samlavik connects to the inboxes and numbers you already use.

Does it work on iPhone?

The dashboard runs in any browser, including on your phone. Receiving WhatsApp, SMS and Messenger currently requires an Android phone.

Who can see my messages?

You and the people you give access to specific modules. Inbox passwords are stored encrypted and never reach the browser.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of users and channels. Write to us and we'll prepare a quote tailored to your business.

Try Samlavik on your own messages

The demo takes about 30 minutes. We'll show you the system live and tell you honestly whether it makes sense for your business.
